Any browsing or use of this website, ordering products and/or services constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions of these Terms of Use. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, the term “REPI”, as used in this website and in these Terms of Use, mean Real Estate Plugged in, a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Mississippi. The term ‘client’ refers to the user or viewer of our website, services and or products.
Without reservation and in full consideration of the mutual covenants contained therein, REPI and client agree as follows:
Client agrees to a monthly membership period in which you will be responsible for the payment of the membership fee on a month to month basis. No long term contract. Whereas, client desires to retain the services of REPI to provide full and/or part time independent administrative services in support of client’s real estate business by virtue of the utilization of an out of office virtual assistant (“VA”) and REPI desires to provide such services as defined within the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement.
Client gives REPI permission to appoint unlicensed assistants on behalf of client.
Client is hiring REPI and its assigns to act as the agent’s unlicensed assistant and to represent themselves as such. It is the client’s responsibility to advise REPI, as to what an unlicensed assistant’s legal activities are on behalf of client in clients state.
Client certifies they have obtained proper and/or required legal permission to contact the client supplied contacts via phone, email, and text message.
Client is responsible for notifying REPI of any change in the client’s state real estate laws, codes or regulations concerning unlicensed assistant legal activities.

REPI reserves the right to change or modify the terms and conditions of this Agreement. You are responsible for regularly reviewing these terms and conditions. Continued use following any change constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
Terms of Service-Inside Sales Agent:
You agree to provide us a list of your contacts in CSV or VCF file format. Visit our FAQ page for help doing this.
Your virtual assistant’s ability to provide you with a buyer or seller hinges on you providing us a list of contacts sufficient to produce a buyer or seller.
Buyers or sellers included in your membership do not roll over to the next membership period.
Buyers or sellers you purchased do roll over to the next month, for as long as you remain a member.
There are no refunds or substitutions of buyers or sellers included in your monthly membership fee.
Terms of Service-Virtual Receptionist:
Unused minutes included in your monthly membership do not roll over to the next membership period.
Unused minutes you purchased do roll over, month after month, for as long as you remain a member.
Virtual Receptionist services are prepaid.
When all your minutes are used, you authorize us to charge the credit card you have on file with us to replenish your account in $10.00 increments, and you will be charged additional per minute fee against the positive balance in your account.
Terms of Service-Promo Codes
:
Promo codes and gift cards have no cash value. There are no refunds for any services or products ordered using a promo code or gift card.
Copyright and Trademark Notice:
The contents of this website are owned and controlled by REPI and/or by third party trademark owners. Any redistribution or reproduction of part or all of the contents in any form is prohibited other than to print or download to a local hard disk for your personal and non-commercial use only.
You may not, except with our express written permission, distribute or commercially exploit the content. You may not transmit the content or store the content in any other website or other form of electronic retrieval system.
Cancellation:
There is no need to cancel. Your product is active for a period of 30 days after the purchase. Please note, to cancel your product email your request to realestatepluggedin.com@gmail.com
Once your product has been cancelled , you will receive a confirmation.
Monthly Subscription Products: Since you’ve prepaid through the end of your current billing cycle, REPI will schedule the cancellation at the end of your billing cycle prior to being charged. You will have access to your product until the date of cancellation. There are no partial month refunds.
